You simply email your content to us in text format and we will do the rest. Podcasting - If you have audio or video files to load to your site, you can send them to us on a CD or DVD, or load them to an ftp account that we will provide for you, and relax. We will convert the file so that it is formatted for the internet, and load it using the our media player modules. And yes you still have access to make updates and changes if you so choose or need to get a quick update made asap.
The purpose of this is to give you a fresh website while maintaining a level of excellence, for a low cost. The cost is just $25.00 per week. The reason we can keep the cost low is because our staff can typically do the work 3-5 times faster than the average customer, simply because we do this all day. The updates will be guaranteed to be up by Tuesday or Thursday of each week, depending on when we receive it from you. As long as we receive it by the COB of the day before, it will get added that day.
So again, here is an outline of what the program looks like:
1. You email us content changes in text format along with any images you may want us to use (including calendar updates)
2. We will add up to 2 pages per week, and make edits to up to 5 pages per week of your current content
3. You either mail us a CD of your audio or video podcast or FTP it to your account along with outlines
4. We will convert it and load it into one of our podcasting modules on your site
5. We will also manage any email accounts you may wish to have setup
6. We will do a quality check on your site on a regular basis to ensure all fonts and text are uniform and that your site has a professional look
7. We will ensure that your site is always optimized for search engines and submit your sitemap to Google, Yahoo, and MSN using our webmaster accounts with them, so that your site can be found
8. We guarantee that your updates will be live on either Tuesday or Thursday each week as long as we receive it by the COB the day before.
